Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair food manufacturing and processing equipment, including vacuum packaging machines, food processing machinery, grills, and other production equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks using measurement instruments and dimensional measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Set up and calibrate machinery for different production runs, ensuring proper assembly and configuration.
- Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with food processing and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to monitor and adjust machinery for proper operation
- Knowledge of vacuum packaging equipment and packaging machinery
- Experience with industrial grills, cookers, conveyors, and other production equipment
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to identify equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Preventive maintenance experience
