Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and well-rounded Early-Stage Solar Project Manager to support the development of utility-scale solar projects from inception through pre-construction handover. This role provides critical project, technical, commercial, and financial support within the early-stage development phase. It is ideal for proactive professionals with strong business acumen and technical interests, or for those with engineering backgrounds seeking broader project management exposure. Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned solar projects, managing them through the early-stage development process in preparation for construction handover.
• Deliver technically feasible, commercially viable, and financially sound projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Analyze technical and financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project capital budgets with a focus on accuracy and cost control.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, permitting authorities, and subject matter experts.
• Support the creation and execution of construction plans, schedules, and commercial contracts.
• Engage with various project management and data tools to track deliverables and project progress.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
