We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of engineering and infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, resources, documentation, and field activities while helping keep projects on track from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, design meetings, and ongoing project coordination.
- Coordinate project schedules, resource planning, and team activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute project-related communications, proposals, and status updates.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to support project scope, objectives, and execution.
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking.
- Travel approximately 5–10% to project sites to support field coordination and initial equipment assessments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet for scheduling and project tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or IBM Maximo.
- Previous experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects is a plus.
