What We’re Looking For:
- Previous oyster shucking experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of oyster varieties and raw bar service a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
