What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and operational consistency.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of restaurant leaders and hourly team members.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and overall restaurant productivity.
- Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, food costs, labor, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and company procedures.
- Lead from the floor, engage with guests, and resolve concerns to ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Build a positive, accountable team culture that reflects Creole Cuisine's Core Values.
What We're Looking For
- Proven General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
- Strong experience overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, accountability, and team development.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
