What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations in a high-volume Bourbon Street environment
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold front- and back-of-house teams accountable
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance
• Take ownership of the guest experience, including guest concerns and service recovery
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and overall restaurant productivity
• Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, labor, food costs, operating expenses, and profitability
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team of restaurant leaders and hourly team members.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Build a strong leadership team and create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
• Lead from the floor and remain actively engaged with team members and guests during peak business periods
  
  

What We're Looking For

• General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
• Proven experience leading both front- and back-of-house operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, costs, and profitability
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain strong teams
• Strong operational instincts and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain high standards and accountability while building a positive team culture
• Ability to remain composed and lead effectively during high-volume service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
