Crescent City Pizza Works is looking for an energetic, dependable Pizza Shift Lead to help lead our fast-paced Bourbon Street operation. From keeping the team on track to making sure every slice meets our standards, you’ll play an important role in delivering great food and a great guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.

From keeping the team on track to making sure every slice meets our standards, you’ll play an important role in delivering great food and a great guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support team members throughout the shift
- Maintain high standards for pizza quality, presentation, portioning, and consistency
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and company standards
- Keep service moving efficiently during high-volume periods
- Assign tasks and help ensure proper shift coverage
- Coach team members and reinforce expectations
- Provide friendly, efficient guest service and assist with guest concerns
- Support opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory or prep needs to management
- Follow and reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the operation running smoothly
- Previous restaurant, quick-service, or food-service experience
- Previous leadership or Shift Lead experience preferred
- Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach and hold team members accountable
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Dependable and comfortable taking ownership of the shift
- Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and other high-volume periods
