With clients in the US and abroad, we hold key contract vehicles including GSA IT Schedule 70, NIH CIO-SP3, GSA Alliant, and DHS-Eagle II.Join us in driving growth and seizing new business opportunities.Background The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking a Workday Application Developer to assist with the implementation and ongoing support of Workday HCM and Financial System.Role and Responsibilities Development and ConfigurationDesign, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)Configure and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, custom validations, and condition rulesDevelop and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve system, configuration, or integration issuesSupport deployment activities and ensure seamless migration of Workday configurationsIntegration ManagementCreate and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, etc.)Monitor scheduled integrations, identify failures, and resolve data inconsistenciesDocument integration design, architecture, configuration, and data flowsOptimize existing integrations for improved performance, stability, and reliabilityReporting and AnalyticsDevelop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business, HR, Finance, and compliance needsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Workday solutionsAutomate report scheduling and distribution for end usersEnsure accuracy, security, and usability of Workday reporting assetsSupport and CollaborationProvide technical support to agency and end users across HR, Payroll, Finance, and ITMaintain system documentation including design specifications, workflows, and configuration guidesParticipate in change control, configuration reviews, and release management processesGather and document business requirements for enhancements, break/fix, and new change requestsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align Workday functionality with business needs.Minimum Qualification Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business or Computer ScienceAt least two years’ experience in the administration or support of enterprise systems such as web services, Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and ReportingAdditional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required educationPreferred QualificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding business process fluency, with a strong ability to discuss processes at a level of detail sufficient to gain insight into the underlying business problem or opportunityAbility to work in a team environment; establishing and maintaining strong professional relationshipsProven ability and success with HCM, Payroll, and Financial systemsMaintain the security and confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive data in any mediumDemonstrated Workday experienceDemonstrated experience in Workday implementation or post-production environment as a primary technical resourceWorkday certified training or commensurate experience
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
