Responsibilities
- Collaborate with accounting on reclassification of entries and monthly close
- Support consolidations using BPC after accounting finalizes entries
- Partner with department heads to build budgets, forecasts, and SG&A planning
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Reconcile data, prepare reports, and collaborate across departments
- Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting cycles, and ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in finance or accounting; FP&A exposure preferred
- Publicly traded or multinational company experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel required; Power BI a plus)
- Manufacturing industry experience helpful, but not required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
