Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting as a Senior Financial Analyst
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and reporting models
- Develop and refine three-statement financial models to guide decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams as the primary Senior Financial Analyst resource for analysis and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience at the Senior Financial Analyst level or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and three-statement modeling
- Ability to manage and interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to support executive-level reporting as a Senior Financial Analyst
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must reside in Florida and be able to work EST hours
- Base salary of $100,000 – $110,000
- 10% annual bonus opportunity
