You’ll also play a key role in supporting the ERP system, barcode scanning equipment, third-party technology integrations, and daily end-user needs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and document processes
- Test new technology enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
- Provide daily end-user support for ERP systems, barcode equipment, and reporting tools
- Create user-friendly documentation, guides, and training materials (written and video)
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics that ensure process integrity and performance
- Support data integration and validation through ETL processes
- Work with IT on resolving system, network, and equipment-related issues
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a fact-based approach
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization
- Continuous learner with a passion for improving processes and technology adoption
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion)
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools
