Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Morgantown, WV – Hybrid (WFH Mondays & Fridays)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 Bonus

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Reporting Analyst to join our collaborative and rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for someone with financial reporting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in preparing financial statements, analyzing trends, and supporting SEC reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Review financial reports to identify trends, variances, and key drivers.
• Support preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of financial reporting experience (oil & gas industry preferred).
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, SEC reporting, and GAAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
