Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and execution to support organizational growth and stability.
- Establish, implement, and maintain robust accounting controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with GAAP principles.
- Partner with external CPA firms for audits, tax, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement across all finance and accounting functions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide strategic guidance and financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- CPA designation preferred, with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally with a foundation in public accounting.
- Proven track record of implementing accounting controls, process improvements, and partnering effectively with external auditors/CPA firms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
