- Oversee all accounting operations, including the monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Manage cash flow, treasury transactions, and working capital.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support decision-making and efficiency initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, complex formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Proven ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
