You will work closely with client success managers, sales, and product teams to support strategic decision-making and enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client data to assess the impact and value delivered by products and services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate client value and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and Sales teams to align data insights with business objectives.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and occasionally to clients in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Monitor and identify trends in client behavior, usage patterns, and performance metrics.
- Support the development of client business reviews (e.g., QBRs) with data-driven insights.
- Assist in creating models and metrics to quantify client value and track it over time.
- Identify opportunities to increase client engagement, adoption, and upsell potential based on analytical insights.
- Help refine data collection and reporting processes to improve the accuracy and accessibility of client data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Understanding of customer success metrics (e.g., NPS, churn, product adoption).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Experience in presenting data directly to clients or executive stakeholders.
