- Process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to job costing and general ledger accounts.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support month-end close by preparing AP-related schedules and accruals.
- Assist with payroll-related invoice processing and project cost tracking.
