Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including entering and organizing AP invoices
- Handle full-cycle accounts receivable, entering and reconciling cash payments and reconciling petty cash accounts
- Perform general ledger work, including accruals, pre-paids, and fixed assets
- Understanding of debits and credits, handling credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, intercompany billbacks, and journal entries
- Managing all banking reconciliations as well as balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting including producing trial balances and GL details
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
