Our client is seeking a Website Channel Manager to take ownership of their corporate website and help drive digital engagement, lead generation, and overall website performance. This role will serve as the strategic lead for website content, user experience, analytics, SEO, and ongoing optimization efforts while partnering closely with marketing, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and manage the company's corporate website strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee website content, governance, publishing workflows, and CMS management.
• Analyze website performance, user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversions to drive improvements.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including emerging AI-focused search strategies (AEO/GEO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to implement enhancements and new functionality.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and conversion optimization initiatives. 

What They're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, web content strategy, or related fields.
• Experience managing enterprise-level websites and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong background in website analytics, SEO, user experience, content governance, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across marketing, technology, compliance, and business teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Background: Candidates who have owned a corporate website, partnered across multiple departments, leveraged data to improve performance, and have experience with SEO, digital optimization, and content strategy will be especially attractive. Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
