Digital Project Manager
Position Overview
The Digital Project Manager is a full-time contract position that works closely with the Digital team to help manage digital projects including field tools, websites, emails, banner ads and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent digital marketing and website development projects from initiation through execution, launch, and archiving.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as a key liaison between account, creative, development, and client teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Prepare, review, and validate project documentation, including functional requirements, specifications, and digital submission materials.
- Support project estimation, scope development, budget planning, and timeline creation for digital initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate client meetings and communicate project updates, requirements, and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and project scheduling to optimize team productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Support billing processes, budget tracking, and adherence to financial policies and operational procedures.
- Track project activities, timelines, and utilization metrics to ensure accurate reporting and resource management.
- Partner closely with creative, account, and technical teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.
- Manage projects involving website development, digital marketing campaigns, mobile experiences, and interactive media.
- Maintain expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), website content management systems, UX/UI principles, and digital production workflows.
- Apply knowledge of HTML capabilities and limitations, SEO best practices, digital analytics, and mobile performance metrics.
- Ensure digital assets comply with corporate branding standards, promotional review requirements, submission processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support digital content review, approval workflows, and compliance processes within regulated marketing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience managing digital projects or 5 years in broader project roles preferred; experience in a Project Manager II or similar mid-level role.
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
- Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
