UX Project Manager

Our Agency client is seeking a UX Project Manager to join their team part-time for a webite re-development project. This Project Manager will own delivery of web initiatives from discovery through launch. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across design and development to ensure timelines, scope and budgets are met while maintaining quality.
• Plan usability tests and A/B experiments; analyze results and iterate to optimize conversions and user satisfaction.
• Champion accessibility and WCAG compliance throughout design and development cycles.
• Use collaboration and whiteboarding tools (Figma, FIGJAM, Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD) to review assets.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience with project management focused on website projects.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools: Figma, FIGJAM, Sketch, Adobe XD and collaborative whiteboarding tools such as Miro.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience applying accessibility best practices in designs and QA.
• Experience coordinating A/B tests and using results to drive design decisions and optimize performance.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning and tools such as JIRA, Trello or Asana.
• Excellent communication skills; experience managing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Bonus if you have Wordpress experience.
