Traffic Coordinator

Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join their team on a freelance basis. This role is fully onsite in Manhattan, working 37 hours per week. 

The ideal candidate will provide workflow and logistical support across creative, content, and digital teams. This role ensures projects are routed, tracked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and deadlines. This candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Route and track all content, design, and digital projects
- Partner with Creative Managers to allocate resources based on workload
- Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams, lawyers, and vendors to align on project expectations
- Coordinate production with external vendors and manage invoices
- Assess project needs with stakeholders and support time/cost estimates
- Perform quality checks for accuracy, formatting, and style consistency
- Monitor project queues ranging from same-day to long-term work
- Support additional projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools and database systems
- Familiarity with creative/design processes preferred
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to flex schedule when needed

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
