Production Designer (Large Format / Tradeshow / Exhibit Design)

Production Designer

Hybrid (3 Days In Office per Week)

We're seeking a talented Production Designer to support the creation and execution of trade show, exhibit, experiential, and branded environment programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who excels at turning creative concepts into polished, production-ready deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce 2D exhibit graphics, branded environments, presentations, and virtual experiences.
• Prepare production-ready files for large-format printing, fabrication, and digital applications.
• Serve as the creative lead and brand steward for assigned accounts.
• Partner with creative, account, project management, and production teams to execute projects from concept through delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all client deliverables.
• Review proofs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure accuracy throughout the production process.
• Periodically  present concepts and creative solutions to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of graphic design, art direction, or production design experience.
• Experience designing for custom exhibits, branded environments, events, or physical experiences.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through production and installation/delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production, large-format graphics, and file preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
