SEO Writer

Our real estate client is looking for an SEO Content Writer to support ongiong website content needs. This is a fully remote role, based in CST hours, with an anticipated 30-40hrs/week. The position will focus on web copy with keyword strategy provided.

What you'll do:

• Write and optimize SEO-driven web content (landing pages, service pages, site copy)
• Incorporate provided keyword lists into clear, engaging, and on-brand content 
• Optimize existing pages to improve search visibility and performance 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals 
• Conduct light research to ensure accuracy and relevance

What you'll need: 

• 3 years of SEO content writing experience, with a focus on web copy
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices
• Proven ability to write keyword-driven, conversion-focused content
• Experience working from provided keyword strategies (vs. owning research)
• Portfolio of relevant SEO/web writing samples required
