Position Overview
The Retail Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing initiatives of our retail operations. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand presence in our retail locations.

This is a fully onsite 6-month contract in Broomfield, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to produce marketing materials and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain an organized inventory of marketing assets and ensure timely distribution to retail locations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in retail marketing or marketing operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Adobe InDesign skills preferred, but not required
• Understanding of the fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
