Are you looking to break into digital marketing and build a long-term career in strategy, data, and search marketing?
Our Search Marketing Grad Program is a full time role designed to launch your career in SEO. You’ll join a select Houston-based cohort in January 2026, gain hands-on experience with real tools and frameworks, and train alongside seasoned experts in an award-winning agency environment.
This is a structured, full-time role with a defined path for growth in digital marketing. You’ll begin as an SEO Associate, and within one year be eligible for a Strategist role.

Growth Opportunities:
- Competitive, entry level starting salary with eligibility for base salary increase after successful completion of training.
- Eligible for promotion to SEO Strategist after 12 months. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede time/experience requirement.
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in our Houston, TX office). We are only considering candidates who can come into our Houston office at this time.

Qualifications
- Must be in the Houston, TX area and open to visiting our Houston, TX office for in-person learning opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Genuine interest in SEO, Paid Search, or digital advertising — prior internships, certifications, or coursework are a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus.
