Our client in the healthcare space is seeking a FULL-TIME Senior Product Marketing Manager - Solutions and Services. This is a hybrid role that must be onsite three days a week in either Irving, TX; Edina, MN; Chicago, IL; or Centennial, CO.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions & Services will lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and commercialization for a portfolio of complex solutions, services, and enterprise offerings. This role is responsible for transforming expertise, consulting capabilities, data and analytics, technology, AI-enabled solutions, and other specialized offerings into differentiated, market-ready products and services that drive awareness, adoption, pipeline growth, revenue, and customer value.
The ideal Senior Product Marketing Manager is an experienced product, solutions, or services marketer who excels at translating complex capabilities into clear market narratives, compelling value propositions, and scalable commercialization strategies. This role will work cross-functionally with business leaders, subject matter experts, delivery teams, sales, account management, and marketing to bring offerings to market and accelerate growth.
Senior Product Marketing Manager - Solutions and Services Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for solutions, services, portfolios, and enterprise offerings.
- Define target markets, customer segments, buyer personas, use cases, value propositions, and expected client outcomes.
- Build commercialization plans that support awareness, pipeline generation, revenue growth, and customer adoption.
- Lead offering launches and commercialization initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and readiness across customer-facing teams.
- Evaluate launch effectiveness and continuously optimize go-to-market execution based on performance metrics and market feedback.
- Translate complex expertise, services, technology, data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities into compelling customer-focused offerings.
- Develop positioning frameworks, messaging architectures, solution narratives, and proof points that clearly communicate market value.
- Create and maintain buyer personas and customer journey insights.
- Develop portfolio architecture that demonstrates how offerings address customer needs and business challenges.
- Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, proposal, and customer-facing materials.
- Partner with business leaders, service-line leaders, solution owners, delivery teams, sales, account management, and marketing stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify market opportunities and transform capabilities into differentiated offerings.
- Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
- Ensure market-facing messaging accurately reflects operational capabilities and delivery outcomes.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, competitive intelligence, messaging guides, training content, proposal support, and battle cards.
- Support campaign development, thought leadership initiatives, and demand generation programs.
- Equip customer-facing teams with the tools and content needed to effectively position offerings and communicate business value.
- Help establish repeatable sales motions for new and existing offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight activities to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze commercialization metrics, sales engagement, pipeline performance, customer feedback, and revenue impact.
- Identify opportunities to refine positioning, packaging, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
Senior Product Marketing Manager - Solutions and Services Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Services Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, or Go-to-Market Strategy.
- Proven success developing and executing commercialization and go-to-market strategies for complex offerings.
- Experience packaging and positioning complex capabilities into differentiated and commercially compelling market solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes, including pipeline growth, adoption, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, delivery, account management, and executive stakeholder groups.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build alignment within highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience marketing professional services, consulting, advisory services, managed services, technology-enabled services, or enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with data, analytics, AI-enabled products, digital transformation solutions, or complex technology offerings.
- Healthcare or life sciences industry experience preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting highly consultative or value-based sales environments.
