Role Overview
Our social media agency client is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team for 3 months. The Senior Designer is a multidisciplinary creative who plays a pivotal role in bringing creative vision to life across design, social, and brand campaigns for luxury hospitality clients. This role balances elevated, hands-on design execution with creative leadership, ensuring every deliverable reflects the refinement, imagination, and sophistication that define the agency's work.
You will partner closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to shape visual identities, drive campaign execution, and mentor designers, while staying ahead of trends in social, digital storytelling, and emerging creative tools.
What You Will Own
Creative and Design Execution
- Lead the design of digital and social assets, including social grids, Meta content, TikTok visuals, campaign creative, and editorial-style layouts
- Translate creative strategies and campaign concepts into visually compelling, conceptually rich, and highly polished design work
- Adapt seamlessly across multiple brand aesthetics while maintaining a consistently elevated standard
- Design and prepare creative discovery decks, brand presentations, and campaign visual frameworks
- Support photo and video direction through mood boards, shot lists, and on-set creative guidance as needed
Content and Video
- Edit and produce social-first video content with strong pacing, storytelling, and platform-native performance in mind
- Collaborate closely with animators to bring motion and dynamic content to life
- Apply a deep understanding of what visually resonates across platforms to every deliverable
Brand Development and Campaign Support
- Partner with the Creative Director to develop and evolve visual identities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Support campaigns from concept through execution, maintaining creative excellence at every stage
- Contribute to ideation sessions and bring fresh visual ideas that push client brands forward
Leadership and Collaboration
- Mentor mid-level and junior designers, providing thoughtful, constructive feedback
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive creative work
- Present design concepts with confidence and clarity in both internal and client-facing reviews
Innovation and Growth
- Stay ahead of trends in design, social media, and digital storytelling
- Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to accelerate ideation and production
- Bring strong prompting skills and curiosity for testing emerging creative tools
- Proactively explore design innovations that strengthen the agency's visual language and creative impact
Who We Are Looking For
- 4 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or digital-first environment
- A multidisciplinary portfolio showcasing digital, social, video, and brand work, ideally within luxury, fashion, or hospitality
- Strong foundation in composition, color, and typography, with the ability to adapt across brands while keeping output elevated
Salary : $45 - $55
