White Plains, NY | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Our client is an award-winning branding and packaging agency based in White Plains, NY, known for creating bold, strategic design systems for consumer brands across food, beverage, wellness, beauty, and household products.
The agency has partnered with recognizable brands including Jolly Rancher, Pamprin, Ajax, Halo, Little Spoon, Buitoni, Bolthouse Farms, Pepperidge Farm, Unilever, Pfizer, Constellation Brands, and Stew Leonard’s.
They’re hiring a Designer with 5 years of branding agency experience to support work across brand identity, packaging, POS, digital, campaign, and off-pack visual communications.
What You’ll Do
- Create brand identities, packaging systems, digital assets, POS, and campaign creative
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams on research and brand strategy projects
- Develop visually compelling design concepts grounded in strategic thinking
- Execute polished design work across multiple consumer brand touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced agency environment
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience within a branding or creative agency
- Strong portfolio showing brand design, packaging, POS, digital, and campaign work
- Strategic approach to branding and visual communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly
- Strong typography, layout, craft, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
