Project Manager

Agency is seeking a Project Manager to work with their team for leave coverage. This role kicks off May 1st and will wrap up June 24th. You must be willing to work full 40 hour work weeks on PST hours. Fully remote.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an agency environment, is familiar with TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Social workflows, and has exposure to the automotive experience.

MUST HAVE:
-Agency experience
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ClickUp (preferred)
-Familiarity with TV, Radio, OOH, Digital and Social Workflows
-High level of Organizational and Negotiating Skills 
-General Knowledge of Creative terminology

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage project timelines holding all team members accountable to key dates 
-Check in daily with all team members to review assignment status and due dates 
-Fact-find on behalf of the Creative team to confirm current product specs and descriptions 
-Update weekly Creative WIP as needed weekly Creative Director meeting 
-Manage routing and approval process for all media 
-Review all creative as final check before it goes into production 
-Manage feedback from the Account team 
-Attend all internal status meetings, creative briefings, creative reviews and take notes on feedback 
-Be the point person for the Account- know all the answers

-Knowledge of ClickUp
