Project Coordinator

Our agency client is looking for a Project Coordinator. This is an onsite role in Edison, New Jersey. 

The Project Coordinator role is 40 hours per week starting in late May for 3-6 months. The primary role of the Project Coordinator is for direct Client contact and overall coordination of the client's marketing requests. 

Project Coordinator Responsibilities: 

- Assist in trafficking projects between Client Service, production and creative personnel to seek proper approvals 

- Manage project timelines and tasks list 

- Collect project specifications from the Client and accurately communicate those specifications to internal and external departments 

- Help proof creative material via to ensure specifications match those estimated and cross check for any errors. 

- Ensure all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients 

- Learn how to use internal project tracking software to ensure that all internal parties and the client are meeting scheduled dates 

Project Coordinator Requirements: 

- 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting 

- Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to learn new computer systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills 

- Knowledge of circular production and collateral 

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 

- Grocery/retail experience is a plus 

- Effective time-management and prioritization skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
