Our Healthcare/Wearables client is seeking a Product Manager, Digital CX to join their team for the next 8 months, 40 hours/week.
This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Acton, MA or San Diego, CA.
Role Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Product Manager to join the Digital CX Product Management Customer Experience team. This role is responsible for developing new digital products and optimizing existing capabilities across the customer journey. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading end-to-end product management for global digital products, translating business goals into high-impact product initiatives, and driving execution in an Agile environment. This leader will define and execute the product roadmap, ensure a well-prioritized and clearly defined backlog, and guide cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.

Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience
5 years of experience with Agile methodologies in Product Owner or Product Manager roles
Strong understanding of IT systems development
Familiarity with Web and CRM platforms
Experience in digital customer experience or customer success
Experience in medical device industry is a plus
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus
Diabetes-related experience or knowledge is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex business challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Passion for continuous improvement of processes and practices
Responsibilities
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and lead execution of the integrated roadmap
Define release targets, scope, value proposition, and delivery approach to drive growth and innovation
Collaborate with other product managers to establish best practices for Product Management and Product Owners
Partner on franchise-level roadmaps and enterprise-aligned priorities
Work with senior product leadership and stakeholders to define and prioritize feature backlog
Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand the customer journey and launch strategies
Create process flows to illustrate operational impacts of new or enhanced capabilities
Define features including acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and success metrics
Partner with technical architects to obtain estimates and solution designs for release planning
Maintain conceptual and technical integrity of features across delivery teams
Provide input into release timelines and evaluate alternative sequencing options
Lead scope tradeoff evaluations for feature implementation
Participate in usability studies to bring voice-of-customer insights to feature development
Support business case development for new opportunities and product enhancements
Serve as first escalation point for Product Owners regarding feature refinement, solution options, or sprint tradeoffs
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
