Event Strategist

Our nonprofit client is looking for a Denver-based Event Strategist to help strategize on local events to help expand their podcast listenership. This will be part-time, around 22 hours of work in total, and you must be located in the Denver area to be considered.

In this role, the Event Strategist will:
- Work with client to develop an event strategy that extends their current podcast to live/experiential moments with the primary goal of deepening community connection and amplifying overall impact of the podcast
- Provide recommendations on ideal event model (single vs multiple event approach) based on the identified goals/objectives
- Develop event outline from start to finish (starting from conception through required onsite support)
- Establish venue criteria and provide recommendations
- Develop event specific scope

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination
- Experience leading event strategy and working with stakeholders to identify goals and success criteria
- Must be local to the Denver area

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
