Our enterprise client is seeking a Multimedia Designer to support their Brand Commercialization team. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual content that enhances and supports the organization's brand portfolio. This is a 100% on-site role, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, out of their Houston, Texas office.
Role Breakdown:
Graphic Design: 70%
UI/UX Design: 20%
Video/Motion: 10%
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (70%)
- Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, catalogs, digital assets)
- Develop branding elements (logos, icons, infographics, illustrations)
- Execute strong layouts with attention to typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Perform advanced photo editing and prepare production-ready files
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards
Digital & UI/UX (20%)
- Design landing pages, email graphics, and web layouts
- Build wireframes and mockups in Figma or Adobe XD
- Create responsive designs and apply UX best practices
Video & Motion (10%)
- Edit videos in Premiere Pro and create motion graphics in After Effects
- Handle color correction, audio cleanup, and exports
- Support storyboarding as needed
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and business teams
- Translate business goals into visual solutions
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Present work and incorporate feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3 - 5 years of design experience
- Strong portfolio must include branding, marketing collateral, print/digital work, and (ideally) UI/UX and motion/video samples
- Corporate or B2B experience preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma/XD, Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using AI (e.g., ChatGPT, generative design/video tools) to improve efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy
- Strong communication and proofreading skills
- Expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Organized, collaborative, and adaptable
Assessment: Final candidates will complete a design test evaluating detail, layout, branding, communication, and technical execution.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
