A hospitality client is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to support their creative team. The role focuses on developing high-quality OOH, print, and digital content that strengthens brand experiences across guest touchpoints.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity, working 20 hours/week, with an expecation of being onsite 2-3 days per week in Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce visual assets for hospitality and attractions, including out-of-home (OOH) signage, print collateral, wayfinding, and digital displays.
- Design and prepare production-ready files for print and large-format applications, ensuring color accuracy, proper file setup, and vendor specifications.
- Create compelling social, web, and display ad graphics optimized for digital platforms and campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and short-form video content using After Effects for in-park signage, LED displays, and promotional media.
- Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and stakeholders to translate briefs into polished deliverables on schedule.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all materials to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Troubleshoot technical production issues and liaise with vendors and production partners to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.
- Archive and organize design assets, templates, and project files for efficient reuse and handoff.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- 3 years of professional experience designing for hospitality, attractions, retail, or related environments preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects; familiarity with Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience designing for OOH, print, and digital channels with a strong understanding of production requirements and file preparation.
- Strong layout, typography, color theory, and composition skills with attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Portfolio or work samples that showcase hospitality, attractions, or experiential design projects are highly desired.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
