Location: Oak Brook, IL
On-Site Expectation: Hybrid 3 days/week β Monday & Wednesday required; third day optional, 2 days remote

Salary Range: $200-$225K 20% non guaranteed bonus
About the Role:
Our SaaS client is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the Commercial Services division. This strategic role will oversee full-funnel B2B marketing initiatives for SaaS solutions targeting property managers, multifamily developers, and integrators. The Director will drive demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and community-led programs to accelerate pipeline growth and enable sales success. You'll manage a small team of marketers as part of the position as well.
To be considered, we will be zero-ing in on your experience across Tech, SaaS or PropTech B2B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- Lead demand generation programs to increase pipeline and funnel velocity.
- Build community marketing strategies to engage C-suite executives, property managers, and developers.
- Create solution-based content such as case studies, webinars, and white papers.
- Partner with Sales to support account enablement and deal acceleration.
- Measure and report on funnel performance, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and ROI.
- Foster collaboration within marketing for seamless handoffs and campaign execution.
- Drive team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or PropTech.
- Proven success leading high-performing marketing teams and driving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, ABM strategies, and demand generation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for pipeline growth.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
