Marketing Communications Manager

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. 

This role is hybrid onsite 3-4 days a week in Lone Tree, CO or Richfield, OH.

Role Summary
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing client-facing communications in support of participant experiences. The position partners closely with marketing communications and client-facing teams to deliver clear, timely, and effective digital and print communications. The role emphasizes strong project management, collaboration, and continuous improvement while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight timelines
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without formal authority

Additional Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in marketing communications within financial services or another highly regulated industry
Data-curious mindset with the ability to leverage business results to drive participant outcomes
Familiarity with enterprise project management or workflow tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms
Positive demeanor, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Sense of humor and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, evolving team environment

Responsibilities

Execute communication strategies by receiving, reviewing, creating, and deploying client-facing communications and digital assets
Collaborate with marketing communications and client-facing teams to develop and evaluate solutions that support communication strategies and enhance the participant experience
Drive efficiency and impact by advising business partners on effective and resource-efficient approaches to achieving communication goals
Manage communication requests from intake through fulfillment, including proofing, content review, coordinating edits and approvals, and final delivery via digital or print channels
Create and execute well-documented communication plans while clearly communicating expectations and timelines with partners
Identify trends and share feedback to support new and improved participant experiences while increasing efficiency and scalability
Contribute to a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement by supporting change management, team evolution, and personal growth

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
