Our hospitality client is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join their team 40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity, onsite 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday) and remote on Friday, on an ongoing 7 month contract. This client is located in Bethesda/Rockville.
The Paid Media Coordinator will directly support three team members, helping to manage workflows, maintain organization across initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of media programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a structured environment, and is proactive about improving processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day paid media program execution across campaigns
- Maintain organization across multiple workstreams to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Schedule meetings, document notes, and track follow-ups and action items
- Serve as a liaison between internal brand teams and agency partners
- Support campaign execution across platforms, including Paid Search and other digital channels
- Compile and manage recurring reports, primarily in Excel
- Analyze performance across channels and tactics to identify trends and insights
- Support ongoing testing and optimization efforts
- Work in Excel for reporting, data management, and analysis
- Leverage tools such as Copilot to improve efficiency in reporting workflows
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field (internships accepted)
- Exposure to paid media, AdTech, or digital marketing environments preferred
- Experience working with datasets, reporting, or campaign coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization tools (preferred)
- Exposure to Google Ads, SA360, or other media platforms (preferred)
- Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Proactive mindset with interest in improving processes and automation
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
