Our biomedical manufacturing client is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to support their Corporate Marketing team. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance across digital channels, largely website analytics and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating data into clear recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
The role is aiming to start June 1st and run through at least the end of the year. This will be 40 hours per week, ideally hybrid 2-3 days per week at their office in Marlborough, MA.
Marketing Analytics Manager Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Performance Analysis
-Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion trends using tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Google Analytics, and Snowflake
-Evaluate paid media campaign performance across channels (e.g., search, display, social) to optimize ROI
Data Integration & Reporting
-Pull, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to create cohesive performance reports
-Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to track key marketing KPIs
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Insights & Recommendations
-Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for marketing stakeholders
-Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across digital touchpoints
-Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
-Partner closely with corporate marketing, digital, and media teams to understand business objectives
-Present findings and insights to cross-functional teams and leadership in a clear, compelling manner Measurement Strategy
-Support the development of measurement frameworks, attribution models, and testing strategies
-Help define KPIs and success metrics aligned with marketing goals
Marketing Analytics Manager Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related field
-Experience supporting corporate or enterprise-level marketing teams preferred
-Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
-Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
-Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
-Familiarity with paid media measurement and attribution
-Hands-on experience querying, transforming, and optimizing data from Snowflake.
-Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations
-Ability to present complex data in a simple, compelling way to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary : $50 - $60
