What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Activation Coordinator position at Creative Circle?
Our media and entertainment client is looking for a Marketing Activation Coordinator to join their team on a 2-month contract. This position is 40 hours a week and has a hybrid schedule. You will be onsite at their Knoxville, TN office 2 days a week.
You will support the execution of custom advertising and sponsorship campaigns across the client's portfolio of linear, digital, and social properties. This role partners closely with clients, agencies, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-profile marketing initiatives for leading consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate custom sponsorship and ad sales marketing projects from launch through execution.
Manage creative assets, advertiser content, timelines, and project deliverables.
Partner with marketing, editorial, sales, and campaign teams to ensure successful program execution.
Communicate project updates, approvals, and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking systems, and status reports.
Ensure quality control and accuracy of all creative deliverables.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of project coordination, project management, or marketing support experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of digital media platforms, including web, mobile, video, and social.
Experience in advertising, media, sponsorship activation, digital marketing, or social media marketing.
Prior experience supporting client-facing marketing or sales initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
