Marketing Specialist

Our healthcare client is seeking an Marketing Specialist to spport employee communications and social nedia initiatives across the organization. This role will blends internal communications expertise with content creation and social media management to engage both internal and external audiences. 

This is a hybrid role, going onsite 2-3 days a week. It is full 40 hours/week for atleast one year long contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute internalcommunication strategies and employee engagement campaigns.
- Create content for email, intranet, newsletters, and leadership communications.
- Manage social media content calendars and scheduling through Hootsuite.
- Create enaging social content, including basic photo snd video editing.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and tell compelling organizational stories.
- Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables in Asana.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in internal communications, social media, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. 
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms.
- Basic photo and video editing experience.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Comfortable with 10% travel in the local are for occasional in-person meetings and events.
- Must meet health screening and immunization requirement prior to onboarding.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
