Graphic Designer - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

Our agency client is seeking a detail-oriented Designer to support catalog production and related design projects for the next 2 weeks (with potential to extend). This role will focus primarily on populating images into InDesign catalogs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality layout execution. In addition to catalog work, the designer may assist with a variety of ad hoc projects, including page layout and signage design. 

The role is fully on-site in Woodinville and 30 hours a week.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a production-focused environment and has a strong eye for detail. 

Key Responsibilities
- Populate and place images into InDesign catalog templates with precision
- Ensure proper formatting, alignment, and consistency across pages
- Perform basic layout adjustments and updates as needed
- Assist with page design and production tasks for print and digital materials
- Support signage design projects, including resizing and preparing artwork for output
- Maintain organization of files, assets, and version control
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual composition
- High attention to detail and accuracy in production work
- Ability to work efficiently within existing templates and brand guidelines
- Experienced in retail, nice to have if you have worked for knife companies or utility products

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working on catalog production or similar high-volume layout work
- Familiarity with print production processes and file prep for output
- Experience with signage or large-format design is a plus
