Email Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Email Designer to join their in-house Creative and Digital Team working on their loyalty program.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning, on-brand email templates that engage and delight our customers. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in design and adherence to our brand standards. 

This position does not require coding, but an eye for design, layout, and user experience. You MUST be proficient in Figma. 

This role is remote and 40 hrs /week for 4 months. If you are local to NYC, you can pick up a laptop from the Long Island City office, otherwise will have to use your own equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Design Email Templates: Create visually appealing, effective email designs that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Work Within Brand Standards: Ensure all email designs are consistent with  established brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across all digital communications.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams to conceptualize and produce email templates for campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and other customer communications.
• Maintain Design Consistency: Develop templates that ensure a cohesive design experience across various platforms and email clients.
• Ensure High-Quality Output: Deliver pixel-perfect designs with a focus on detail, clarity, and user-centric visual hierarchy.
• Adapt to Campaign Requirements: Tailor designs to meet the needs of specific campaigns while maintaining consistency with the overall brand and messaging strategy.
• Review and Update Templates: Regularly update and refresh email designs and templates

Big plus if you have aviation and / or hospitality experience!
