Our global Financial Services is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week.
This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in New York, NY.
Role Summary
The Digital Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences is a strategic leader focused on understanding customer needs and delivering intuitive, engaging digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. This role drives the development of customer benefits experiences across card journeys by connecting customers to partner brands and value in simple, meaningful ways. You will lead product innovation that helps customers easily discover, understand, and maximize the benefits available to them.

5 or more years of digital product management experience
Experience managing complex programs and cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to influence without authority and build momentum across teams
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities
Positive, team-oriented attitude with adaptability to evolving business practices
Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy through close collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Gather, refine, and document requirements in Jira aligned to customer and business priorities
Partner with Scrum teams to create user stories, prioritize the backlog, review in-sprint progress, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria and are production ready
Operate in an Agile environment to support phased delivery plans and coordinated go-to-market execution
Lead cross-functional workstreams spanning product, design, technology, finance, controls, operations, and marketing to align roadmaps and delivery priorities
Maintain deep knowledge of customer journeys and user experience insights, using data and trends to continuously refine and prioritize the backlog
Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
