Digital Marketing Account Manager

Our Milwaukee based agency client is looking for an Account Manager with a digital marketing background to join their team on a fulltime basis. This opportunity will require 4 days a week on site in Milwaukee WI, with Wednesdays as a work from home day. 

High Level Details:
Where: On-site 4x a week in Milwaukee, WI
Duration: Full-time direct hire, $70-85K depending on experience
When: Starting as soon as this person is identified 

This is an exciting opportunity partner closely with clients, collaborate with internal teams and bring digital and social campaigns to life! 

The Account Manager will be responsible for: 
- Serving as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts (~5-8) 
- Translate strategy into execution across content, social, email, and web
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables 
- Lead client communications which will include strategy decks, reports, agendas, and recaps 

The Account Manager must have: 
- 3 years of experience in client service, preferably in an agency setting managing client relationships, timelines,       and deliverables 
- Ability to lead client strategy and client communications 
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign strategy 
- Experience with project management tools such as Workamajig is a plus, but they can train on this 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
