Our client, a global professional services and accounting firm, is seeking a talented Creative Director to join their team (40 hours / week) on an ongoing basis, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.
Candidates need to be onsite in Tallahassee, FL 3 weeks out of each month (client would cover travel expenses for candidates outside of the Tallahassee, FL)
The Creative Director serves as a senior creative leader responsible for defining and advancing the clients end-to-end creative vision across client engagements. In addition to leading creative delivery for priority engagements, this role builds and mentors multidisciplinary creative teams, establishes best practices and standards, and helps scale creative capabilities across industries and clients.
The Creative Director sets the strategic direction for integrated brand, campaign, and experience design initiatives -ensuring that all creative concepts are not only compelling, but grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and measurable outcomes. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across strategy, media, data, and technology to translate complex business challenges into differentiated, customer-centric experiences, and plays a key role in client engagements, guiding work from concept through execution.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing visual and content for multi-channel campaigns
- A strong portfolio showing successful campaigns, projects and strategies with a fun, youthful aesthetic. Script writing for tv spots should be included.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite and Workfront (or similar workflow and DAM platforms)
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications and storytelling skills
- Strong leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated experiences in understanding and upholding brand standards and strong understanding of design principles
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility
- DTC experience is a nice to have
