Creative/Digital Project Manager

Our Agency client is seeking a freelance Project Manager to join their team 40 hrs/week. This is a remote role starting as soon as the candidate is identified. They're estimating 3-4 weeks of work with a high liklihood for extension. To be considered you must have experience with display advertisements ideally focused on shopper marketing. This is a remote role where a computer will be provided and the client prefers candidates in CST or EST timezone. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana to track project status and manage tasks efficiently.
• Interact with creative teams for assets used in retail media placements. 
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in an agency setting. 
• Experience with Asana. 
• Experience leading projects focused on retail media. 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
