Content Producer

Our financial services client is seeking a UX Strategist to work a 3-month assignment with a possibility to be extended. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Brooklyn (40 hrs/week). 

This role creates clear, user centered help and instructional content for digital payment experiences. The content designer partners with product, design, and technology teams to support onboarding, activation, and self service journeys while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and design help content including articles, FAQs, tooltips, error messages, and educational materials
• Support onboarding and activation flows with clear, plain language guidance
• Contribute to and apply content standards, patterns, and style guides
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to align content with product and regulatory requirements
• Participate in reviews, audits, and continuous improvement of content quality

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user focused content for complex digital products
• Experience working within design systems and cross functional product teams
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and meet accessibility standards
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Confluence

Preferred

• Experience in payments or other regulated industries
• Background in accessibility, content standards, or compliance driven environments

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
