Our B2B client is seeking a freelance Director of Client Marketing to join their team 40 hrs/week for the next six months. This is a hybrid onsite position working two days in office with three work from home days.
The Director of Client Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive business growth in the Americas region. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand's presence in the market.

The Director of Client Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive business growth in the Americas region. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports client marketing strategy by driving brand awareness, highlighting competitive advantages, and supporting revenue growth, aligned with objectives across all lines of businesses. Effectively apply business experience, leverage marketing platforms, and perform campaign analysis to optimize support for the business strategy.
- Create internal reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) on set divisional targets for distribution to senior leadership and the account teams.
- Executes upon the strategy and achieves KPIs by developing client-facing materials such as industry presentations, research reports, webcasts, sales materials, and more in collaboration with regional leaders, account teams, and SMEs.
- Lead key Client Marketing programs including thought leadership, client communications, advertisements, and others as assigned or developed.
- Help support client training initiatives by making available training programs and educational offerings across the Americas.
- Establish and manage key internal cross functional and cross business relationships.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 10 years of experience in Marketing for a client in Finance, Insurance, or Professional Services.
- Advanced knowledge of broad business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to provide tangible and effective support resulting in the achievement of business growth strategy objectives.
- Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and presentation programs (PPT, Canva).
- Analytics, planning, and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey sophisticated business concepts to all stakeholders, including clients and associates. Proven ability to apply these skills with strong business acumen to complex situations with competing priorities.
- Ability to create and utilize a strong network of organizations and individuals to harness the strengths/capabilities necessary to execute a successful marketing communications strategy.
- Ability to foster a teamwork and customer service focused environment.
- Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal/external customers to resolve issues/problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in implementing change, ensuring understanding, participation, and ownership.
- Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues.
- Experience with market sizing, client segmentation, and market share analysis.
- Advanced critical thinking skills.
- Travel as required.
