Account Coordinator

Our client, a boutique agency, is looking for a freelance Account Coordinator to work fully remote, 20 hours per week, with potential to become a full-time staff role for the right person. This role will focus on their medical accounts, so you  should have some experience in pharmaceutical review / approval processes (legal, medical, regulatory).

The Account Coordinator will:
-oversee the submission and routing of creative assets through PRC systems (Veeva PromoMats) and ensure timely delivery of assets and tracking of client approvals
-coordinate with project and account teams to consolidate feedback from PRC reviewers, and notify internal teams when submissions are made / when feedback is received
-ensure all required documentation, metadata, and compliance info are complete before submitting
-track asset status, feedback, and milestones through to final approvals
-help maintain project records, timelines, and documentation, as well as draft / review client-facing decks and presentations

The Account Coordinator has:
-ideally 2 years of experience in account management, and fluency in using Veeva PromoMats / pharmaceutical review approval processes
-strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects / deadlines simultaneously
-exceptional attention to detail, and verbal communication skills
-familiarity with digital and social content workflows is preferred
