Your Impact:
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience, across a spectrum of marketing activities in support of building Cosentini’s brand profile to include attracting clients, building a strong internal culture, and making a difference in the community! Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing department and executive management and participate in all stages of the procurement process and provides general support for the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, graphic and writing capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously. Resourceful and responsible, the candidate should be enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and contributing to a talented team working in a dynamic, creative environment. Your Role:
• Developing and producing time-sensitive proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations
• Writing, editing, and coordinating proposal sections and general marketing correspondence
• Collaborating with senior management and technical personnel to develop targeted proposals
• Creating and maintaining firm collateral such as project pages, project lists, resumes, databases, and digital archives.
• Creating ASRs and small letter proposals, and track ASRs and financial tracking
• Create Proposal number requests and job number requests within corporate database
• Working with marketing staff in other offices
• Submit pre-qualification packages for public agencies such as NYSERDA, SCA, and DDC
• Maintain marketing databases, company subscriptions.
• Assist with marketing updates, social media updates
• Coordinate AIA CES lunches
• Frequently monitor websites for advertisement of new solicitations
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with firm principals and other members of our marketing team to innovate the way in which the office pursues new commissions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
• Well-organized, persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.
• Works well with all types and levels of people, without close supervision.
• Excellent communications and English grammar skills, including writing and editing of technical materials.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing, business development and public relations.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and deadlines; ability to juggle last minute and urgent requests.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills.

• Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000/yr
